- Monday to Friday: 6AM - 2.30PM
- Location: Tauranga Box Lobby
- $26.06 per hour
Shift:
- Monday to Friday: 6AM - 2.30PM
- Interact with customers whilst ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction,
- Actively promote products and services provided through the outlet,
- Work alongside a team to effectively manage customer issues and complaints
- Keep an eye out for opportunities to improve the way we deliver our services.
- Help customers with their card to call
- Sorting and organising parcels (some heavy lifting is required)
To be successful in this role you will ideally have a background in customer service, retails skills and have a natural ability to work well with clients and colleagues to provide exceptional service at all times.
We will also be looking for:
- Ability to commit to punctuality and flexibility,
- Strong verbal and written communication,
- Positive attitude and a proactive nature,
- Excellent customer service skills
