You support with planning and preparation to secure strong implementation of store projects and concept changes.
You collaborate with other functions to ensure excellent visual presentation during the implementation phase of store projects
Implement strategy
- Plan, prepare and organize implementation of any A-area changes/concept set-up/interior upgrades that initiated from region and business units
- Set implementation plan for any store project (openings, closings, rebuilds, space opt) together with relevant functions and area teams.
Execute best customer offer.
- Support with preparation material needed for new store projects (HU count, current concept placement, interior inventory, pictures etc.)
- Project lead any visual related project initiated from region, business unit or sales market
Drive implementation of store projects
- Plan, prepare and organize implementation of any store project (rebuild, closings, openings, space opt)
- Provide support and manpower needed for implementation based on the scope
Information and communication
- Together with relevant functions, clearly communicate project and timeline with area and store teams.
- Together with relevant functions have the planning and overview of the ordering and delivery of relevant NCG materials for store openings & rebuild.
Support & develop
- Support and follow-up implementation of any store projects on-site in collaboration with area team.
- Ensure highest possible visual standards when implement new store projects (space opt, rebuilds, openings, closings).
- Support areas with implementation of A-area changes/concept set-up/interior upgrades
PLANNING AND PREPERATION
- Knowledge about layout best practices and different interior programs.
- Ability to set a realistic planning based on resources needed for the project.
- Knowledge of commercial plan and workload plan.
IMPLEMENTATION
- Excellent garment presentation and styling skills.
- Knowledge about visual routines and best practice.
COMMUNICATION
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- English written and verbal communication.
- Experience from working as a visual leader in Store and Area team
- Understand how to collaborate cross functionally in order to achieve results
- Understand how a physical store operates
※Communication to Global team to get a new project initiative, excellent visual skills, Leading a project with minimum timeline.
※Auto CAD, CAD to draw the layout. (we will provide also training as well of person don’t have)
※Should flexible to travel to Japan
