As a working student in our Street Patrol Team, you will not only be responsible for providing user-friendly e-scooters but also assisting our users in utilizing our scooters.
Voi is on an impressive journey across 12 countries and over 100 cities, and we're looking for smart and dedicated students to support our mission: to create safe, sustainable, and reliable micromobility for all.
YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As part of our Street Patrol Team, you will be out on the streets, taking care of our e-scooters, and helping our users! Your tasks will include:- Relocating wrongly parked e-scooters
- Properly placing fallen e-scooters
- Clearing blocked pathways
- Assisting with warehouse tasks
- Supporting users with technical questions or issues
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING
We are looking for motivated and communicative individuals who have no problem interacting with strangers and helping users on the streets. Openness is a key attribute! Other requirements include:
- Good communication skills️
- No problem approaching strangers
- Motivation to support our team
- Interest in micromobility
- Time flexibility (minimum 4 hours per shift)
- Proficiency in German and English
- Student status
